KENYA MEDICAL SUPPLIES AUTHORITY(KEMSA) TENDER 2021 

Kenya Medical Supplies Authority has set aside funds for use in procurement of Laboratory Commodities for the FY 2020/2021 and herewith invites sealed tenders as indicated below.

Interested eligible candidates may download a complete set of tender documents from the KEMSA Website www.kemsa.co.ke and /or the IFMIS tender portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke/ or PPIP Portal: https://tenders.go.ke

Tenderers shall electronically upload copies of all required documents specified under Section I (Evaluation Criteria) on the IFMIS Supplier Portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke . The documents shall be serialized/paginated, in PDF format and clearly marked with the Tender Number and description.

NOTE:

1. Bidders MUST deposit the ORIGINAL TENDER SECURITY in the Tender Box No. 1 marked GOK/ World Bank at the

Reception on the Ground Floor KEMSA’s Commercial Street Office in Nairobi on or before the tender closing date and time.

2. Bidders MUST submit their TENDER SAMPLE (S) at Procurement Offices, Commercial Street on or before tender closing date.

MANUAL SUBMISSIONS of tenders will not be accepted. All bids must be submitted electronically through the IFMIS platform.
