THE POPULATION COUNCIL, Kenya is reviewing its supplier database and wishes to invite interested suppliers and service providers, to submit their Expression of Interest.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
It should be noted that The Population Council, Kenya, is not obliged to invite any potential vendor that has expressed interest to participate in any subsequent bidding process. Calls for proposals and any subsequent purchase order will be issued in accordance with the procurement policies and procedures of The Population Council, Kenya.
Please note that ail The Population Council, Kenya, bidding requirements are free of charge and suppliers/service providers are NOT required to pay for any pre-qualification or bidding processes.
RELATED PARTIES – Declaration of financial and/or personal relationships with staff of The Population Council. Kenya.
A supplier who has a close personal or business relationship with a staff member of The Population Council, Kenya, should make a full disclosure on the questionnaire so that a determination of whether a conflict of interest exists. Please note that this will not be an automatic basis for disqualification and sufficient information will be sorted to enable a determination.
Deadline for submitting the application
Duly completed supplier profile form together and the relevant supporting documents should be submitted by 15th of October 2021.
