Lake Victoria North Water Works Development Agency ‘the Agency” has received funding from the Government of Kenya through the Ministry of Water Sanitation and Irrigation attends to apply part of the proceeds of these funds towards the cost for implementation of the following works and services. The Agency now invites eligible contractors to submit sealed tenders to bid for the below listed works projects.

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of nonrefundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00. Per set or downloaded free of charge from the Agency’s website www.lvnwwda.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information portal website https://www.tenders.go.ke/website The method of payment will be cash (deposit to KCB Kakamega account (No 1103686909) or banker’s cheque from a reputable bank m Kenya or through Lake Victoria North Waterworks Development Agency MPESA pay Bill No. 909318. The bidding documents will be collected from tie address below.
Firms owned by the Youth Women & PIWD are encouraged to bid.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 1200 hours East Africa time on 4th November. 2021 Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Further information can be obtained from the Agency’s Website www.lvnwwda.go.ke
Bids m plain sealed envelope with dearly marked tender numbers should be deposited in the tender box situated at the Agency Head Quarters as per the address below so as to be received on or before 12 00hrs local time.
Bidders are required to chronologically serialize pages of al bid documents to be submitted.
The Bids will be opened, physically thereafter at I205hrs local feme on 4th November, 2021 in the presence of the Bidders’ Representatives, who choose to attend in person at the address below:
