DESIGNING, BUILDING, INSTAL­LATION AND COMMISSIONING OF A BRONZE ELEPHANT SCULPTURE “TIM” IN AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

KENYA WILDLIFE SERVICE TENDER JANUARY 2022 

Kenya Wildlife Service wishes to invite interested and eligible national candidates to tender for the following:

All clarifications and /or amendments will be published in the KWS website and tenderers are required to reg­ularly check for any clarifications and/or amendments to the tender in the course of the bidding period prior to the closing date.

Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, a virtual Pre- Bid meeting will be held on 2^nd  February 2022 at 10.00am. Interested bidders need to register for the meeting via the above email address, lat­est 28^th  January 2022 by 4.00pm for the purpose of getting logging in credentials to the meeting.

Bids must remain valid for a period of ninety (119) days from the date of tender opening.

The completed bids in plain sealed envelope marked with tender reference number and tender name, shall be deposited into the Tender Box located at the entrance of Main Reception, KWS Headquarters, Langata Road P.O. Box 40241 – 00100, Nairobi on or before 12:00 Noon on 10^th  February, 2022.

The tenders shall be opened immediately thereafter at KWS Vet Board Room in the presence of bidders’ repre­sentatives who wish to attend.
