Murang’a County Government invites sealed tenders from interested bidders for the supply of Goods, Works and Services for Financial Year (2021-2024). Bidders are informed that goods, works and services will be procured on “As and when required basis”

Interested bidders should download the tender documents of the following tenders from our website www.muranga.go.ke free of charge.

Interested bidders must attach documentary evidence of the following:

1. Certificate of Registration/ Incorporation
2. Copy of VAT and PIN Certificate from KRA
3. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
4. Current Single Business Permit
5. Registration certificate from relevant bodies/authorities
6. Valid Registration Certificate From National Treasury (AGPO) For Special Category groups
7. Provide valid PHARMACY AND POISONS BOARD certificate and PREMISES LICENCE for tender no. MCG/011/2022-2024 – Supply and delivery of pharmaceutical drugs.
8. Details of company directors (CR12)
9. Bidders must serialize/paginate the bid document submitted.

NB:

Completed tender documents enclosed in plain sealed envelopes and marked with Tender Name-and Reference No. should be deposited in the Tender Box at Murang’a County Government Headquarter offices, Ground Floor or be addressed to:-

So as to be received on or before Thursday 31^ST  March 2022 at 10.00 am.

Tenders will be opened at the boardroom immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.
