INVITATION TO VARIOUS TENDER – COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF NYANDARUA APRIL 2022 

COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF NYANDARUA TENDER APRIL 2022 
DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, LIVESTOCK, AND FISHERIES

KENYA CLIMATE SMART AGRICULTURE PROJECT (KCSAP)

Interested eligible candidates may obtain the tender document from the Nyandarua County Website www.nyandarua.go.ke  : free of charge.

There shall be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at KCSAP 01 Kalou (Department of Agriculture) offices at 10:00 am before proceeding to respective proposed sites at Kingi dam (GPS Location 36.4216613°E, 0.0548525°N) and Munoru dam (36.4416948°E, -0.523263°N). The site visits will be held up to 2:00 pm and tenderers who attend will be issued with a site visit certificate.

1. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB)as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines on Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services of January 2011 (revised July 2014).
2. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to KES 500,000 (Kenya Shillings five hundred thousandonly) from aCBK regulated financial Institution,
3. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 6^th  May 2022 at 10.00 am. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter at the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries witnessed by tenderers/representatives who may choose to attend.
4. Complete tender documents (Original and one copy), enclosed in plain sealed envelopes and clearly marked with tender name and tender number should be deposited in the tender box at the Depart­ment of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries situated at the Ol Kalou-Njabini road Junction and be addressed to:
