TENDER NAME: ROUTINE MAITENANCE AND SPOT IMPROVEMENT OF MAUA TOWN -KMTC ROAD
- The Igembe South NG-CDF invites applications for tender from interested eligible contractors for routine maintenance and spot improvement of maua town- KMTC
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect tender documents at NG-CDF IGEMBE SOUTH constituency, MAUA during official working hours from 6th may 2022 to 18th May
- Tenders may be downloaded from tenders .go.ke .Those who download the tender should send an email giving details of their firm ,contact person ,telephone number and email address to cdfigembesouth@ngcdf.go.ke
- Prices should be inclusive of all taxes and delivery cost, must be in Kenya shillings and must remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120)
- Interested bidders must submit a bid bond of 20,000 in a manner prescribed.
Interested eligible bidders must attend a mandatory pre-tender site visit scheduled on Friday 13th May 2022. Interested parties shall meet at NG-CDF igembe south constituency office-MAUA town starting at 10.00AM. A dully signed pre-tender site visit shall be issued on site.
- Completed tender documents (original and copy) are to be enclosed in a plain sealed envelopes, marked with tender number and name ,should be addressed to the Funds’ Account Manager, Igembe South NG-CDF O Box 98-60600 Maua, and be deposited in the tender box located at the office reception, igembe south NG- CDF office-maua town. So as to be received on/before Wednesday 18th May 2022 at 10.00AM.
- Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at 10.00 AM on Wednesday 18th May 2022 in the presence of bidder’s representative who chose to attend at NG- CDF office boardroom -MAUA town, Meru
- Late tender documents shall be rejected and returned unopened
