INVITATION TO TENDER
Export Processing Zones Authority (EPZA) is a statutory body established in 1990 through an Act of Parliament (The EPZA Act Cap 517, Laws of Kenya) with the main objective of promoting and facilitating export oriented investments and to develop an enabling environment for such investments. It is responsible for facilitating the implementation of new investment projects, providing after care services for new and existing investments.
The Export Processing Zones Authority wishes to invite eligible National candidates to tender for Provision of Security Services, Provision of Medical Insurance Cover and Prequalification/Registration of Suppliers as detailed in the Tender documents.
Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website, www.epzakenya.com and Government Public Procurement information portal www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must for- ward their particulars immediately to info@epzakenya.com to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
Interested, eligible and competent firms may obtain Tender documents detailing the requirements from Export Processing Zones Authority Procurement Offices on 1st Floor, Administration Building, Athi River EPZ, Viwanda off Nairobi-Namanga Highway during normal working hours.

Should be deposited in the Tender Box on Ground Floor, Export Processing Zones Authority Administration Building, Athi River EPZ on or before 11.30 a.m local time on 24th May, 2022. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the Conference Room on Ground floor, Export Processing Zones Authority, Administration Building, Viwanda Road, Off Nairobi –Namanga Highway Athi River EPZ in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya Shillings, and shall remain valid for 120 days
from the closing date of the Tender.
The Export Processing Zones Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any Tender in whole or in part without giving reasons for either rejection or acceptance.
