Bidders must serialize, stamp and sign all pages of each bid submitted and must send their contact details to supplies@kemu.ac.ke for any communication and for records purposes.
Bidders shall submit an original and a copy of the Tender Documents clearly marked “Original” or “Copy” and packaged together. Sealed and duly completed Tender Documents in plain envelopes indicating the Tender Number and without identifying the sender must be addressed to;
