PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF COMMUNITY LIBRARY AT KATILIA

Turkana County Government invites sealed tenders for proposed construction of Community library for
a period of six months
1. Tendering will be conducted under Request for Quotation Method using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to only invited prequalified tenderers with Turkana County Government
under works category.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours 0800 to 1700hours at the address given below.

3. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.turkana.go.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars

11. 30500, Lodwar; email…………. to facilitate any further clarification or addendum
4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kenya shillings N/A
5. Submitted Tenders must be chronologically serialized. The Turkana County Government will not
whatsoever take liability of any missing page of the bidder’s document.
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 27th May 2022 Only Electronic
Tenders will be accepted.
7.Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
Late tenders will be rejected.
