INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT)
FOR PROVISION OF PEST AND VERMIN CONTROL AND SANITARY BINS SERVICES
TENDER NO. KIBU/T/02/2021-2022
1. The Kibabii University invites sealed Tenders for Provision of Pest and
Vermin Control and Sanitary Bin Services.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method
using a standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and
interested Tenderers
3. Tendering is open to all Special Group Enterprises registered
appropriately with (AGPO).
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and
inspect the Tender Documents during office hours from 0900 hrs to 1600
hrs at the address given below.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the
website www.kibu.ac.ke, www.ppip.go.ke. Tenderers who download
the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@kibu.ac.ke to facilitate any further clarification or
addendum.
6. A pre-bid conference shall NOT be held
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the Tender documents
submitted.
8. A Bank Guarantee shall be required
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or
before 31st May 2022 at 10 00 noon. Electronic Tenders shall not be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time
specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders
will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
