INVITATION TO TENDER
MAINTENANCE AND SYSTEM UPGRADE OF G-CLIENT FINANCE SYSTEM FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS

1. The Teachers Service Commission invites sealed tenders for the for MAINTENANCE AND SYSTEM UPGRADE OF G-CLIENT FINANCE SYSTEM FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method Open Tender using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all registered General Contractors.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 8.00 am to 4.00 pm at the Teachers Service Commission Procurement office located at Second Floor Podium Wing.
4. Complete tender document may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 payable to the Teachers Service Commission at National Bank of Kenya Account No. 01001000905000, Harambee Avenue Branch or Bankers Cheque and present the bank slip to TSC Cash office for official receipt. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.tsc.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded free from the website www.tsc.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to ddprocurement@tsc.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Shillings only) Valid for 180 days from the date of Tender Opening.
7. All tenderers must be registered with IFMIS (Integrated Financial Management System) by the National Treasury Via www.supplier.treasury.go.ke
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the tender box located at Teachers Service Commission Podium Wing Ground floor on or before TUESDAY 31ST MAY, 2022 at 9.00am Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately on TUESDAY 31ST MAY, 2022 at 9.00am at Teachers Service Commission Ground Floor Podium wing. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Only one Firms Representative will be allowed to attend the opening in order to adhere to Covid -19 Protocols.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
12. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for one year (365 days) from the closing date of the tender TUESDAY 31ST MAY, 2022 at 9.00 a.m.
