CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE COUNCIL OF LEGAL EDUCATION ADVOCATES TRAINING PROGRAMME (ACCREDITATION, CURRICULUM & TRAINING) REGULATIONS
The Council of Legal Education (CLE) is a statutory body established by the Legal Education Act No. 27 of 2012 with the objective of:
- Promoting legal education and training, and the maintenance of the highest possible standards in legal educa- tion; and
- Providing a system to guarantee the quality of legal education and legal education
In order to meet its core mandate Council invites competent and eligible consultants to review the existing and conse- quently develop the Advocates Training Programme regulations to Provide a framework for licensing of ATP Providers as below:
