INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED PURCHASE OF A PUMP TESTING KIT
TENDER NO: 992293-2021/2022
1. The Kwale County Government, Department of Water Services invites sealed tenders for the proposed purchase of pump testing kit to be immediately delivered at the county headquarters Department of water services.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. This is an Open Tender NOT reserved to any group.
4. In case tender is subject to Multiple contracts/lots, insert “Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more lots”.
5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information during office hours from. 0900 to 1500 hours at the address given below.
6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kwalecountygov.com / government tender portal supplier. treasury .go.ke.
7. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to mnymusyoki@gmail.com/mnymusyoki@yahoo.com Tel: 0722-464-350 and P.O Box 4-80400 KWALE to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a “tender Security” of KESH. 320,000.00 (Three Hundred and twenty thousand shillings only).(hard copy to be deposited and registered with the procurement office
9. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender document submitted including the attachments starting with the first page with serial number 001
10. Completed tenders must be submitted electronically through the address supplier. Treasury .go.ke on or before 2nd June 2022. At 10.00 a.m
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified in this tender document.
12. Late tenders will be rejected.
