INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER
NEGOTIATION NUMBER 947046-2-2021/2022/23
The County Assembly of Machakos invites sealed tenders for the provision of Insurance Services for Medical Cover. The Tender will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. The contract will run for a period of one year.
THIS TENDER IS NOT RESERVED
1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours i.e. 0900 to 1500 hours at the address given below. Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the website: IFMIS portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP).

3. Prices quoted should be net, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 150 days from the date of closing the tender
4. Complete tender documents should be submitted through the IFMIS Supplier Portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the tender so as to be received on or before FRIDAY 17TH JUNE, 2022 AT 11:00AM
5. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below under strict adherence to the Covid-19 guidelines and protocols issued by the Ministry of Health
6. Late tenders will be rejected.
