INVITATION TO TENDER
CONSTRUCTION OF A DORMITORY BLOCK AT ST. THERESA’S GIRLS SECONDARY SCHOOL
TENDER NO. KSMCTRL/DORMITORY/1/2021/2022
1. The (KISUMU CENTRAL NG-CDF, P.O BOX 1077-40100 KISUMU) invites sealed tenders for the (CONSTRUCTION OF A DORMITORY BLOCK AT ST. THERESA’S GIRLS SECONDARY SCHOOL)
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Tendering to open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with NCA 7 and above).
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours (8:00AM to 5:00 PM) at the address given below.
5. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.ngcdf.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.ngcdf.go.ke).
7. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for (210) days from the date of opening of tenders.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a 2% bid bond.
9. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
10. Completed tenders must be delivered to the tender Box located at Deputy County Commissioner (Opposite Central Station) before 22nd June 2022, 10:00AM. Electronic Tenders [will not] be permitted.
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
12. Late tenders will be rejected.
