PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEARS 2022-2024
Applicants are invited for prequalification /registration of suppliers /service providers from
interested and eligible bidders for the supply of the under listed goods, works and services for the
financial years 2022-2024
N/B: PLWD refers to Persons Living with Disabilities with a valid certificate from National Council of
PLWDs
The prequalification documents may be inspected and obtained from the Procurement Office at Sabatia
Technical and Vocational College off Mago-Busali road or Shems-Busali-Lotego road (adjacent to
Lotego Primary School) upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Ksh 1000 per tender item payable to
Sabatia Technical and Vocational College Absa bank kakamega branch .A/C No 2039624985. OR
downloaded free of charge from our College Website: www.sabatiatvc.ac.ke.
Note: Special groups are highly encouraged to apply.
Duly completed bid documents in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with Tender Reference
Number and Item description and bearing no other mark, name or indication of the applicant should be

OR dropped in the TENDER BOX inside the administration block at Sabatia Technical and Vocational
College and not any other place, so as to reach the College not later than 10.00.am on Tuesday 28th
June, 2022. Opening of the bid documents will be done immediately thereafter in the College
Boardroom in the presence of applicants who choose to attend or their representatives.
1. Special Groups include the Youth, Women and Persons with Disabilities who have been
duly registered with the National Treasury (Directorate of Procurement) and MUST show
proof of registration by providing valid AGPO Registration Certificates.
2. Interested and eligible candidates may obtain further information, as pertains to this Prequalification
advert from the Procurement Office, Sabatia Technical and Vocational
College (0718678738) OR (0745695987) or via email: sabatiatvc@gmail.com during
working hours from Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.00pm.
3. Pre-qualification documents containing detailed terms and conditions may be downloaded
from the college website www.sabatiatvc.ac.ke
4. Completed prequalification documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly indicating the title
of the item and Reference Number and addressed to:

To be deposited in the tender box situated at the Procurement Office at the College on or before
Tuesday 28TH JUNE, 2022 at 10.00 a.m. late applications will not be accepted.
5. Applications will be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of the applicants or
their representatives who choose to attend the opening session at the College Boardroom
6. The Prequalification Category applied for and the tender reference Number MUST be
clearly indicated on the envelope.
