Kikuyu Water Company has received funds from the Water Sector Trust Fund under the Urban Project Concept (UPC-8th Call] and intends to use part of the funds to undertake the listed projects. The company hereby invites bids from eligible firms to undertake the following;

Requirements
- Must be a registered contractor with the National Construction Authority (NCA 7 and above].
- Bid security of KShs. 320,000 from a reputable financial institution or inform of a banker’s cheque.
- Provide Certified Audited accounts for 3 years.
- Certified copies of Tax Compliance Certificate, VAT and PIN Certificates.
- Proof of Legal existences (copies of certificates of incorporation/Registration]
- Valid business permit issued by County Government.
- Certificate of Pre-tender site visit signed by authorized officer.
Tender documents with detailed specifications can be obtained upon payment of the above charges from the Kikuyu Water Company Ltd. Cash Office during normal working hours or downloaded for free in the Company website. Completed tender documents in a plain sealed envelope bearing no indication of tenderer should be addressed to:- The Managing Director,

There shall be a pre-tender site visit as indicated above. The sealed tender document should be sent through the above address or dropped in the Tender Box marked “UPC PROJECT” at the Company’s Offices located at Kikuyu Town along Ivory Towers ACK Road next to ACK Emmanuel Church on or before 28/7/2022 not later than 11.00 a.m. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the Companies Conference Hall (boardroom] in the presence of the interested tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
