Completed tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL: https://supplier.treasury.go.ke/ as per the requirements contained in the document so as to be received on or before the date and time indicated in the IFMIS Portal and each Tender.

Tenders where applicable must be accompanied by a tender Security in the form of Bank guarantee from a Financial Institution approved and Licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya as indicated for each Tender. The ORIGINAL Tender Security to be submitted MANUALY and dropped at the Tender Box Located on ground Floor-Integrity Centre on or before the closing date and Bidders MUST attach Scanned copies of the Bid security together with the other documents in IFMIS as stated in each bid document.
