TENDER NOTICE
PROPOSED DRILLING AND EQUIPPING OF 1NO. BOREHOLE IN KWALE SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF
TENDER NO.PWD/KSFD/01/2022-2023
Tenders are invited from qualified and competent tenderers for PROPOSED DRILLING AND
EQUIPPING OF 1NO. BOREHOLE IN KWALE SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF.
Interested bidders should attach the following documents at submission to be considered for
father evaluation.
1. copy of certificate of incorporation
2. Copy of valid annual practicing license and registration certificate with NCA 8 and
above for water works
3. copy of PIN Certificate
4. Valid tax compliance certificate(will be verified on the KRA TCC Checker)
5. Valid single business permit from Kwale County
6. Confidential business questionnaire correctly filled, signed and stamped indicate
contact numbers and email address clearly for recording purposes
7. Bidders must serialize sequentially all pages of the tender document plus
attachments using serialized machine and bind the document (document that is
not bind will automatically be disqualified)
8. A mandatory site visit will be on Friday 23rd September, 2022 from 1400hrs to
1500hrs at Kwale School for the Deaf
NB: Those who will not have a site visit certificate will be automatically
disqualified
Other Requirements
1. Similar previous experience
2. Professional and Technical Personnel (provide CVs for the employees)
3. Proof of Financial capacity
4. Any form of Canvassing will lead to disqualification
5. Detailed evaluation criteria is to be found in the tender document. Both the advert
and the detailed criteria for evaluation in the tender document will be used in the
process of evaluation so bidders should take note the advert and the criteria laid
down in the tender document.
6. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested contractors upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings One Thousand only (Kshs. 1000)
in cash or download on the website www.tender.go.keat free of charge.
Document may also be obtained at the office of Head teacher Kwale School for the
Deaf.
7. Duly filled tender documents in an enclosed plain envelope marked with tender
number and description of the item may be addressed to:-

P.O BOX 89-80403, KWALE
And deposited in the tender Box situated at the HEADTEACHER’S OFFICE
KWALE SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF, so as to be received on or before 29TH
September, 2022 at 10.am.
Prices quoted must be net inclusive of all applicable taxes and should be
expressed in Kenyan Shillings.
Tender submitted after closing date and time shall not be accepted. Tender shall
be opened publicly immediately thereafter at KWALE SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF
BOARDROOM
