PROVISION OF CIVIL MAINTENANCE AND SMALL SCALE CIVIL CONSTRUCTION WORKS AT NATIONAL OIL SERVICE STATIONS –
EASTERN 2 REGION 
1.1. National Oil Corporation of Kenya (National Oil), herein known as the Procuring entity, invites
sealed tenders from interested and eligible candidates for the Provision of civil maintenance
and small scale civil construction works at National Oil Stations , Eastern 2 Region for a
period of three (3) years on contract with a value for money assessment undertaken annually to
confirm whether the Bidder is providing satisfactory performance and whether the terms in the
contract remain competitive.
1.2. Interested tenderers may view/obtain/download tender documents at www.nationaloil.co.ke
or www.tenders.go.ke. Tenders may also obtain further information from and inspect the

1.3. The tender document downloaded from the website is free of charge. The candidates who
download the tender documents must register their details with the National Oil
Procurement Department through the email address given above for purposes of receiving
any clarifications and/or addenda. Printed tender documents collected in hard copy shall be
charged a non- refundable fee of Kenya Shillings one thousand only (Kshs 1,000) which is
payable before the tender closing date and time, in form of cash deposits at the National Oil
Bank Accounts as given below.

1.4.Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya
shillings and shall remain valid for a period of one hundred and fifty (150) days from the closing
date of the tender.

with the instructions “Do not Open Before 27th October 2022 at 1000hrs (East Africa
