TENDER INVITATION NOTICE
The Nairobi Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (NaMATA) invites sealed tenders from eligible
Tenderers for the following tender:

Eligible and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours 9.00 am – 12.30 pm and 2.00 pm – 3.00 pm, Local Time, at the address given
below. Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the website
www.namata.go.ke. or www.tenders.go.ke
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
(Email supplychain@namata.go.ke. P.O. Box 30117-00100, Nairobi. Kenya) to facilitate any
further clarification or addendum.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a “Tender Security” of One Million (1,000,000) Kenya Shillings.
Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before, Tuesday, 10th January, 2023
at 11.00 hrs. local time. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
