FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AN INTEGRATED REVENUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM- NEGOTIATION NUMBER: 1160478

The County Government of Uasin Gishu invites Expression of Interest (EOI) for Supply. Delivery. Installation. Testing and Commissioning of an Integrated Revenue Management System.

The main objectives of the Integrated Revenue Management System will be to:

1. Ensure that citizens can easily access secure ways to make payments for the different services provided by the County Government.
2. Eliminate cash handling at County revenue collection points.
3. Provide County authorities with the ability to monitor revenue collected from multiple sources on a real time basis.
4. Have near real time bank reconciliations.
5. Increase County revenue collection.

KEY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE BIDDERS

Vendors must demonstrate capacity to deliver the defined scope of work.

1. a)Must be ICT Authority (ICTA) Certified.
2. b)Must have a valid Communication Authority of Kenya (CAK) Application Service Provider (ASP) License.
3. c)At least 4 Years’ experience in automation of revenue collection in Kenya
4. d)Should have provided a similar service to at least 4 other Counties/Government entities over the last 3 years.
5. e)Should have existing relationship with at least 3 mobile platforms and at least 4 Banks in Kenya.
6. f)Should demonstrate experience of m-country cloud hosting in a tier 3 data centre.
7. g)Should have Data Security Standard Compliance.
8. h)Must be registered under the Data Commission of Kenya.
9. i)Should be available on call for any technical support.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Submit a copy of certificate of Registration/lncorporation
• Certified Company CR12
• Valid KRA Tax compliance certificate.

Detailed information is available on the County Website http://www.uasingishu.go.ke/ The EOI responses should be submitted through IFMIS PORTAL (NEGOTIATION NO: 1160478) so as to be received on or before 4^th January 2023 at 10:30am

Shortlisted bidders will be selected on the basis of the expression of interest submitted and invited to prepare Re­quest for Proposals (RFP).
