INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT)
PROCUREMENT OF TEAMMATE DATA ANALYTICS SOFTWARE OR ITS EQUIVALENT FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS

The National Syndemic Diseases Control Council invites sealed tenders for
PROCUREMENT OF TEAMMATE DATA ANALYTICS SOFTWARE OR ITS EQUIVALENT
FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all eligible, qualified and interested Tenderers.
Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more lots”.
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 9.00AM to 3.00PM at the address given below.
Procurement Division Office, Landmark Plaza, Argwings Kodhek Road 8th Floor.
A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a
non- refundable fees of Kenya shillings 1,000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given
below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website; www.nsdcc.go.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke
Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. Tenderers downloading documents from a
designated Website shall advise the NACC through procurement@nsdcc.go.ke that they have downloaded the
tender documents, giving full contact addresses of the tenderer (email, telephone number and postal address).
Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.nsdcc.go.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to procurement@nsdcc.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum. The procedures
to be followed will be as follows: The clarification shall be posted on the NACC E-Procurement Vendor
Portal and www.nsdcc.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke
All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security N/A
Completed tenders must be submitted electronically to the address below on or before January 16, 2023 at
10.00am vide-NACC E-Procurement Vendor Profile Portal accessed vide https://eprocurement.nsd.cc.go.keas guidelines under ITT 2.3(a)
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened through a virtual meeting link statted in the ITT.
Late tenders will be rejected.
