Interested and eligible candidates may obtain the tender document through the Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS) SUPPLIER PORTAL www.supplier.treasury.go.ke using the unique IFMIS negotiation numbers indicated above, Public Procurement Information Portal or from the county assembly website www.migoriassembly.go.ke free of charge.
Complete tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS portal so as to be received not later than Monday 6th February, 2023 at 11.00am. Original bid security must be delivered at the office Supply Chain Management Office from Monday to Friday, office working hours from 8am to 5pm only. Interested and eligible bidders having challenges in uploading their tender documents in the Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS) tender portal may obtain further information from IFMIS help desk on 0800721477/020480180 at the national treasury.
The tender document-should be sequentially serialized as; 1, 2, 3,4………….Kindly note that, MANUAL SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All tenders MUST be submitted through IFMIS Portal.
