The Kisii County Assembly invites sealed tenders for Proposed Renovatons, Refurbishment and
Alterations to Kisii County Assembly Blocks A & B MCAS’ Offices
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method- National using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
“Tenderers will be allowed to tender for all advertised works”. This is an open tender and all
interested bidders are encouraged to participate
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours from 8.00 Am to 5.00 pm from Monday to Friday at the address given BELOW:
Head of Supply Chain Management, Kisii County Assembly P.O Box 4552-40200 Kisii.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers electronically from the
Website(s) www.kisiiassembly.go.ke free of charge.
Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kisiiassembly.go.ke or
Supplier.treasury.go.ke Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to eondieki@kisiiassembly to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 120
Days from the date of opening of tenders.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a sum of not less 2% of tender sum and must be an absolute figure.
The security must be provided by an institution recognized by PPRA.
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 8th of February 2023. Electronic Tenders
will ONLY be permitted. Manual submission WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
times specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
Late tenders will be rejected.
