INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT)
PROVISION OF GENERAL CLEANING AND FUMIGATION (PEST CONTROL AND COVID-19) SERVICES
TENDER NO. PCF/008/2022-2023
1. The Policyholders Compensation Fund invites sealed tenders for the Provision of General Cleaning
and Fumigation (Pest Control and Covid-19) Services.
2. The invitation to tender is preserved to the group that qualify for reservations youth (AGPO)
3. Eligible tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office
hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents will be obtained from the website www.pcf.go.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Securing Declaration.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 20th February 2022 at 10.00
am.
8. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
