- Tender documents] shall be downloaded from the website freely, and bidders MUST forward their particulars immediately for recording and further clarification and addenda to procurement.finance@meru.go.ke .
- Completed tender documents shall be submitted through the IFMIS Supplier Portal: suppller.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the tender document so as to be received on or before the date and time indicated in IFMIS-C 16th March 2023 at 10.00 AM)
- Tenderers shall furnish, as part of their application a t0065nder security as per the tender instructions appendix.
- Bidders who may experience any challenges in accessing or uploading the tender documents in the IFMIS tender portal should contact IFMIS help desk Tel [0800721477] at the National Treasury
NOTE: The system will automatically lock out at the date & time of tender closing indicated in the IFMIS portal. Manual Submissions shall not be acceptable in this e- tendering and therefore no physical opening of the tenders
