The County Government of Meru [CGM], under its Department Lands, Housing, Physical Planning, Urban Development & Public Works now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders, to participate in the above- mentioned consultancy services. Further information and inspection of the tender document may be obtained from CGM website: www.meru.go.ke; IFMIS Supplier Portal: https://supplier.treasury.go.ke . or Government Portal: https://tenders.go.ke. Funds for this project are available from the Exchequer.

1. Download the tender document from the website freely, and then forward your particulars immediately for recording and further clarification and addenda to procurement.finance@meru.go.ke .
2. Completed tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS Supplier Portal: https://supplier.treasury.go.ke . as per the requirements contained in the tender document so as to be received on or before the date and time indicated in IFMIS- [21st June, 2023 (5311.00 AM];
3. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 126 days from the closing date of the tender;
4. More details on the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference Section of the tender document.
5. If a Consultant is a Joint Venture [JV], the full name of the JV shall be used and all members, starting with the name of the lend member. Where sub-consultants have been proposed, they shall be named. The maximum number of JV members is specified in the Data Sheet of the tender document;
6. It is not permissible to transfer this RFP to any other firm;
7. Selection will be QCBS method and In a format as described in this RFP, in accordance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015, a copy of which is found at the following website: www.ppra.go.ke

9. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Kenya Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only (KES. 100,000.00) from a reputable Financial Institution In Kenya valid for 30 days beyond Tender Validity period
