SA.KOLANYA GIRLS’ NATIONAL SCHOOL TENDER JUNE 2023 

The Board of Management of S.A Kolanya Girls’ National School invites sealed tenders from reputable competent and interested registered contractors for the PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF ADMINISTRATION AND TUITION BLOCK AT KOLANYA GIRLS’ NATIONAL SCHOOL TENDER NO. KGNS/T/N/02/2023.

Tender Documents may be obtained from the Bursar’s Office upon payment of Non- refundable fee of KSH. 1,000/= (One thousand shillings only] TO ACCOUNT NO. 1050277745947 OF EQUITY BANK, AND SLIP PRESENTED during working hours Monday to Friday.

Interested bidders must meet the following minimum qualifications:

1. i)Certified copy of registration/ incorporation.
2. ii)Valid tax compliance certificate.

iii)    Valid copy of registration with NCA5 and above [building ]

1. iv)Form of tender [properly filled and signed]
2. v)Litigation history (Sworn and signed affidavit to be provided]
3. vi)Confidential business questionnaire (properly filled and signed]

vii)  Certified copy of CR12 from registrar of companies

viii)  Valid single business permit

1. ix)Bid security from reputable bank of 2% on bid cost.
2. x)Tender documents MUST be serialized.

Completed tender document endorsed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with Tender No. and description as indicated in the tender notice should be addressed to:

Opening of the tender document will be done publicly immediately after closing time in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
