INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOODSTUFFS (TAMCO30/2023/2024)
1. The Tambach Teachers College invites sealed tenders for the supply and delivery of FOODSTUFFS to
Tambach teachers college
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. The tender is open to all Eligible bidders.
4. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more lots.
5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 0800 to 1600hrs Monday TO Friday at the address given below.
6. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon
payment of a non- refundable fees of KSHS 1000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to
the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the website
www.tambachteacherstraining.co.ke. Tenderdocuments obtained electronically will be free of charge.
7. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.tambachteacherstraining.co.ke Tenderers who download the tender document must forward
their particulars immediately to tambachttc@yahoo.com to facilitate any further clarification or
addendum.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a [insert “tender Security” or “Tender-Securing
Declaration,” as appropriate] of [insert amount and currency in case of a tender Security.]
9. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
10. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 31ST JULY 2023 at 11:00am
11. . Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
12. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
13. Late tenders will be rejected.
