INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF ASSISTANT COUNTY COMMISSIONER OFFICE BUILDING
1. The Deputy County Commissioner invites sealed tenders for PROPOSED
CONSTRUCTION OF ASSISTANT COUNTY COMMISSIONER OFFICE
BUILDING
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to All
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the
Tender Documents during office hours 08:00 am to 17:00 pm at the address given
below.
4. Bidders may inspect and download a complete set of tender documents from Public
Procurement Information Portal (www.tenders.go.ke) free of charge.
5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders
shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening of tenders or as indicated in
the advertisement.
6. All tender must be accompanied by a tender Security of Ksh, 300,000.00 which
must remain valid for 156 days (After expiry of tender validity period) in form of a
bank guarantee from a reputable bank.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents
submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Tuesday
12th March 2024 at 10:30am.
Electronic Tenders will NOT be permitted.
9. Tenders shall be deposited at the tender box situated at Deputy County
Commissioners‟ office Sotik on or before Tuesday 12th March 2024 at 10:30 a.m.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above
or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
