. The COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF LAIKIPIA invites sealed tenders for LEASING OF SHIPPING OFFICE
CONTAINERS
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method [National] using a standardized tender document.
In case this tender is subject to a Reservation, specify the Group is eligible to tender, insert e.g. Tendering to
open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with… (open to all competitive bidders).
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 0900 to 1700 hours] at the address given below.
3. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(www.laikipia.go.ke and the ppip
portal. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. Tenderers downloading documents
from a designated Website shall advise the Procurement Entity that they have downloaded the tender
documents, giving full contact addresses of the tenderer. procurement@laikipia.go.ke , 0723871712 , P.O Box

4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.laikipia.go.ke). Tenderers
who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
(procurement@laikipia.go.ke or josephine.njoki@laikipia.go.ke ) to facilitate any further clarification or
addendum.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a [ “tender Security”] of [KES. 120,000.00.]
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before [12.00 Noon and 12TH March 2024].
Electronic Tenders will be permitted.
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
8. Late tenders will be rejected.
