INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF PAVILION AND MASONRY PERIMETER FENCE AT GARISSA PRIMARY.
TENDER NO. CGG/T/CGYS/01/2024-2025
The COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF GARISSA invites sealed tenders for the PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF
PAVILION AND MASONRY PERIMETER FENCE AT GARISSA PRIMARY.
1. Tendering will be conducted under open National competitive method using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to NCA Class 1 – 4.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office
hours (8.00AM- 1.00PM and 2.00PM – 5.00PM local time at the address given below.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded by interested tenders FREE OF CHARGE from the
Website(s) www.garissa county.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal (tenders.go.ke).
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.garissa county.go.ke.
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to t h e Director
Procurement Office , P.O. Box 563 – 70100, Garissa, Kenya) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kshs.4,000,000.00 (Four Million Shillings only)
Tender security shall be in form of
A) Cash,
B) Bank guarantee;
C) Guarantee by an insurance company registered and licensed by the insurance regulatory authority
D) A guarantee issued by a financial institution approved and licensed by the central bank of Kenya.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Monday, 23RD DECEMEBR,2024 at 10.00
am.
8. Site visits shall be undertaken shall not be mandatory.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
times specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Electronic Tenders shall be rejected.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
