Bidders MUST meet the following requirement
- Certificate of incorporation/Registration
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
- Valid Business permit
- CR 12 Issued in the last six months
- All Tenders must be accompanied by Ksh 1,344.250 (one million three hundred and forty four thousands two hundred and fifty only) bid security inform of a Bank guarantee, Bankers Cheque or Insurance guarantee from an Insurance provider approved by PPRA.
- Certified copies of audited financial statements for the years 2022,2023 and 2024
- Dully filled and signed letter of bid
