INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR DESIGN, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRANDED CALENDERS.
NEGOTIATION NO: 1511728 -2024/2025
The County Government of Kakamega invitessealed tendersforthe design, Supply and delivery of branded calendars.
1. Tendering will be conducted under open tender method (National) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours 0800 hrs to 1700 hrs at the address given below.
3. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.tenders.go.ke (Kenya’s
dedicated tender’s portal), www.supplier.treasury.go.ke (IFMIS Supplier portal) and
www.kakamega.go.ke (County Government of Kakamega). Tender documents obtained
electronically will be free of charge.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded free, from the websites indicated above. Tenderers
who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
supplychain@kakamega.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and MUST include all Taxes and 0.03 %. Procurement
Capacity Building Levy (PCB Levy). Tenders shall remain valid for (120) days from the date of opening of tenders.
