2. Kibabii University invites sealed tenders for Supply, Installation and Testing of Digital Foil Blocking
Machine for Kibabii University Main Campus” situated in Bungoma County.
3. Tendering will be conducted under OPEN NATIONAL COMPETITIVE TENDER METHOD
using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
4. Tendering is open to interested and eligible bidders
5. Qualified and Interested tenderers may view/obtain/download tender documents at www.kibu.ac.ke
or www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers may also obtain further information from and inspect tender

6. A complete set of tender documents is downloadable for free from government portal
www.tenders.go.ke and KIBABII UNIVERSITY website www.kibu.ac.ke. All Tenders must be
accompanied by a fully filled, signed and stamped TENDER SECURITY FORM.
7. Completed Tender Documents consisting of one original HARD COPY and a duplicate of the same
shall be deposited in the Tender Box on the Ground Floor, at Administration Block, BUNGOMA on or
before Friday 7th March, 2025 10.00 am Bulk documents shall be deposited at the Vice Chancellor
Office in 1st Floor Administration Block.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents including all
attachments submitted as required.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders immediately after closing time will be publicly opened in
the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at Senate Boardroom.
