PROPOSED RENOVATION WORKS OF ROOF STRUCTURES AT NATIONAL TRANSPORT AND SAFETY AUTHORITY REGIONAL OFFICES.
TENDER NUMBER: NTSA/NCB-008/2024-2025
1. The National Transport and Safety Authority invites sealed tenders for the Proposed Renovation
Works of Roof Structures at National Transport and Safety Authority Regional Offices.
2. Tendering will be conducted under the Restricted Tender method using a standardized tender
document.
3. Invited candidates may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office
hours [i.e., 8:00 A.M. to5:00P.M.] at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by downloading free of charge from the
Authority website www.ntsa.go.ke and the Public Procurement Information Portal
www.tenders.go.ke.
5. Bidders who download the tender document must arrange to register with NTSA the company
name, postal, physical, email and telephone address for the purposes of receiving any further
tender clarifications and/or addendums, if need be, through the email address
procurement@ntsa.go.ke
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security in form of a bank Guarantee from a
reputable bank licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya OR an Insurance Guarantee issued by an
Insurance Company approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority and Must be Valid
for a minimum 156 days from the tender opening date as tabulated below.

7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted including

8. Note that the tender will be awarded per lot (per region)
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Wednesday 12th March
2025 at 1100hrs (East African Time). ElectronicTenders will not be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenderswill be rejected.
