TENDER FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF ADDITIONAL MEDICAL DOCTORS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR CENTRAL BANK OF KENYA HEAD OFFICE BRANCHES AND
CENTRES FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS
TENDER NO. CBK/099/2024-2025
INVITATION TO APPLY FOR PREQUALIFICATION
1. The Central Bank of Kenya invites sealed tenders for Prequalification of additional Medical Doctors
and Institutions for Central Bank of Kenya Head Office, Branches and Centers.
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open Tender using a standardized prequalification document. The
prequalification is to include additional service providers to Central Bank of Kenya’s List of
Medical service providers. Applicants with existing contracts with the Bank need not apply again.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the prequalification
document during normal office hours at the address below.
4. A complete set of prequalification document containing detailed information may be downloaded from
Central Bank of Kenya website: www.centralbank.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke at no cost. Bidders
who download the tender document are advised to forward their particulars immediately using the
Email: supplies@centralbank.go.ke. to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. Application for prequalification document is to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with
prequalification reference number and be deposited in the Green Tender Box No. 3 at the main entrance,
ground floor of Central Bank of Kenya along Haile Selassie Avenue, so as to be received on or before
26th March 2025 at 10.30 A.M. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
6. The pre-qualification documents will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified
above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of
the Tenderers’ designated representatives and anyone else who chooses to attend.
7. No tender security is required.
8. Late tenders will be rejected.
9. Applicants Must Chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
10. Applicants Must ensure that their representatives attending the tender opening have their identification
documents for security checks.
