PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF A 200 STUDENTS CAPACITY STOREY DOMITORY AT NYATAMBE MIXED SECONDARY SCHOOL-PHASE I

NG-CDF BOARD SUBA SOUTH CONSTITUENCY TENDER MARCH 2025 

Suba South Constituency-National Government Constituencies Development Fund invites sealed tenders from interested eligible bidders for the following Bid as listed below for the Financial Year 2023/2024.

Bidders MUST meet the following MANDATORY requirements;

1. a)Attach A Valid Trading License/ Business Permit.
2. b)Attach Certificate of Registration/ Incorporation.
3. c)Valid copy of VAT Tax Compliance Certificate. (This will be verified on the KRA TCC Checker)
4. d)Copy of relevant Valid National Construction Authority Registration Certificate (NCA Categories Indicated in various Tender Documents of STRICTLY BUILDING WORKS). Current NCA Practicing License (This will be verified online at NCA website).
5. e)Copy of current CR12 Certificate (not older than 18 months from the date of submission) or Certified Copies of IDs for Sole Proprietors
6. f)Duly filled and signed certificate of Independent Quotation determination
7. g)Duly filled, signed and stamped Form of Quotation prepared on supplier’s letterhead clearly showing the Tenderer’s complete name and business address
8. h)Duly filled and signed schedule of requirements
9. i)Dully filled, signed and stamped Disclosure of Interest
10. j)Quotation document MUST be sequentially Paginated/Serialized/ Numbered on each page including all the attachments.
11. k)The bid price should be valid for 120 days from the date of tender Opening

PRE-SITE VISIT WILL BE ON 21st OF MARCH 2025 AT NYATAMBE MIXED SECONDARY SCHOOL AT 11:00 HRS
