Director Supply Chain Management, County Government of Kisii during office hours [0900 to 1600 hours] at the address given below.
Tender documents may be obtained electronically free of charge from www.kisii.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke .Bidders who download the tender documents and need any clarifications may send their particulars immediately to procurement@kisii.go.ke .
Tender shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tender shall remain valid for the period stated in the bidding document from the date of opening of the tender.
Interested bidders are required to bid through Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS) system via Negotiation Number given above. This tender must be responded to by 27th March 2025 at 10.00 am East African Time. Completed tender document must be submitted through the IFMIS supplier portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke. The tender document will be opened on the same day.
Bidders’ designated representatives are invited to attend at the County Treasury Block A, room no. 2(Procurement pool).
