INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR SUPPLY, CUSTOMIZATION, TRAINING, TESTING, SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE OF AN INTERGRATED ENTERPRISE RESOURCE
PLANNING (ERP) SYSTEM.
1. The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) invites sealed tender for the
Supply, Customization, Training, Testing, Support and Maintenance of an Integrated Enterprise Resource
Planning (ERP) System.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open National tender competitive method using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Tendering is open to all Eligible Bidders
4. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more lots (In case tender is subject to Multiple contracts/lots)
5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 8.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. at the address given below.
6. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a
non- refundable fees of Ksh.1,000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below.
Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.kuccps.net Tender documents
obtained electronically will be free of charge.
7. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kuccps.net Tenderers
who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to supplies@kuccps.ac.ke
to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender securing declaration.
9. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
10. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10.00 A.M. on Friday, 4th April,
2025. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
12. Late tenders will be rejected.
