COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY OF KENYA TENDER MARCH 2025
TENDER NOTICE
The Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) is the regulatory authority for the ICT industry in Kenya with
responsibilities in telecommunications, e-commerce, broadcasting and postal/courier services. CA is also
responsible for managing the country’s numbering and frequency spectrum resources. Further, CA is
charged with the responsibility of safeguarding the interest of users of ICT services. The Authority is also
responsible for managing and administering the Universal Service Fund (USF) as per The Kenya Information and
Communications (Amendment) Act, 2009.
CA invites firms interested in bidding for the tender as detailed in the table below;
