INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF MULTIMEDIA STUDIO EQUIPMENT (PHASE 2)
REFERENCE: MNP/ICT/001/2024-2025
1. The Meru National Polytechnic invites sealed tender proposals for Supply of
Multimedia Studio Equipment. More details of the services required are provided in
the terms of reference contained herein.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information during office
working hours between 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below. More details
on the Services are provided in PART 2 – Services Requirements, Section V –
Description of Services of the Tender Document.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the
Website(s) www.mnp.ac.ke/procurement or https://tenders.go.ke . Tender
documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to po@merunationalpoytechnic.ac.ke to facilitate any further clarification
or addendum. Addendums will also be uploaded on the websites above, and interested
bidders are advised to continually check for any addendums.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents
submitted.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kenya shillings one hundred thousand (Kes.
100,000.00)
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 9th April 2025
at 10:00am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above
or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected
