INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF STATIONERY AND PRINTED WORKS.

1. Nzoia Sugar Company Limited invites sealed tenders for the supply of Stationery and printed works For
2. Financial Year 2024-2025 period to be delivered at Nzoia Sugar Company’s premises at the General stores.
3. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours on Mondays to Fridays between 9.00am and 3.30pm at the address given below.
5. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of
a non- refundable fees of Ksh 1,000.00 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given
below.
Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.nzoiasugar.co.ke,
www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by an Original Tender Security of Ksh 200,000/=
Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the websitewww.nzoiasugar.co.ke, www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to nsctenders@nzoiasugar.com, Telephone No. 0727477777/0727483483, Postal Adress
Nzoia Sugar Company Ltd P.O.Box 285 BUNGOMA to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
7. Attach Valid AGPO Certificate.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 08th April, 2025
at 11.00am.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
