INVITATION TO TENDER
FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR PROVISION OF AIR TRAVEL TICKETING SERVICES
REFERENCE: SASRA/OT/030/2024-2025
1. The Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority invites sealed tender proposals for
FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR PROVISION OF AIR TRAVEL TICKETING SERVICES.
More details of the services required are provided in the terms of reference contained
herein.
2. Tendering will be conducted under Framework Agreement method using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested
Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information during office
working hours between 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below. More details
on the Services are provided in PART 2 – Services Requirements, Section V –
Description of Services of the Tender Document.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the
Website(s) www.sasra.go.ke or https://tenders.go.ke . Tender documents obtained
electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to procurement@sasra.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or
addendum. Addendums will also be uploaded on the websites above, and interested
bidders are advised to continually check for any addendums.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents
submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 8th May 2025
at 11:00am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above
or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
