INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF CONFERENCE FACILITIES, ACCOMODATION AND RELATED SERVICES ON FRAMEWORK CONTRACT
REF No: TENDER NO: NA/OT/020/2024-2025
1. The National Assembly invites sealed tenders for the Provision of conference facilities, accommodation and
related services on framework contract for a period of two years.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open national competitive method using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tenders will be awarded on the basis of framework
contract.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office
hours 0800hrs to 1700hrs (East Africa Time) at the address given below.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.parliament.go.ke or the PPIP portal,
www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurementna@parliament.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by an Original tender security (Bid bond) of Kenya Shillings Fifty Thousand Only
(Kshs 50,000); in form of a Bank guarantee from a bank licensed and operating in Kenya or an Insurance
Company approved by Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) and listed by Public Procurement Regulatory
Authority (PPRA), valid for (154 days) shall be submitted by prospective bidders. This shall be in the format provided
in the tender document.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before on 20th May 2025 at 11 AM (East Africa
Time). Electronic Tenders WILL NOT be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above. Tenders will be publicly
opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
10. Tenders that do not fit in the tender box shall be deposited at the 13th Floor, Protection House, Procurement Office
and recorded using the register located at the Procurement Office reception at the address located in clause 8 above.
