1. Tendering will be conducted under County open competitive method National using a standardized tender
document .Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 0900 to 1500 hours atthe address given below.
3. Acomplete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a nonrefundable fees of Kshs. 1,000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender
documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.tenders.go.ke.Tender documents obtained
electronically will be free of charge.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.tenders.go.ke Tenderers who
download the tender document must forward their particularsimmediately to NG-CDF TAVETA to facilitate any
further clarification or addendum.
5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 150 days
fromthe dateof opening oftenders.
1. All Tenders must be accompanied by Tender security of kshs.100,000 from a financial institution recognized
by CBK or insurance companies approved by PPRA
6. TheTenderershall chronologically serialize all pages ofthe tender documentssubmitted in the format of
1,2,3,4……… ( Including the cover page and all the attachments).
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 12TH MAY, 2025 at 11.00am Electronic
Tenders Not bepermitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
