Bidders are also required to forward their particulars to purchasing@acfc.co.ke before the closing date for records and for the purposes of receiving any further clarifications and/or addendums.

Completed tender documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender reference number, and the words “DO NOT OPEN BEFORE MAY 16TH 2025 AT 1230HRS” and be in the tender box at the entrance to the main administration block at the Factory in Muhoroni or be addressed to:

So as to be received on or before May 16,2025 at1230hrs.
All tenders must be accompanied with a tender security of KShs. 100,000 in the prescribed form.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates’ representatives who choose to attend the opening at the ACFC Training Centre at the factory in Muhoroni.
Late tenders will not be accepted.
