- The National Land Commission invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the following tender:

- A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained from NLC website www.landcommission.go.ke free of charge.
- Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 8:00am-5:00pm.
- Completed Bids are to be marked “NLC/ONT/HRM/01/2025-2026: PROVISION OF GROUP LIFE INSURANCE COVER” and submitted to the office of the Head Supply Chain Management, located at 19th floor, 316 Upper hill Chambers, door No. 20 or dropped at the tender box located at the 19th floor so as to be received on or before 23rd May , 2025 at 11.00 a.m.
- Tendering will be conducted under National Open Competitive method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
- The bidding document may be viewed and downloaded for free from the www.landcommission.go.ke free of charge. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to tender@landcommission.go.ke , to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
- The tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
- Bids will be opened immediately after closing time and Bidders or their representatives are welcome to witness the opening at the National land Commission boardroom located at 316 Upper hill Chambers 20th floor.
- Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 210 days from the date of opening of tenders.
- Late tenders will be rejected
